We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

This information allows us to promptly review and resolve the situation.

Refunds (If Eligible)

Refunds are issued only in the rare event that:

  • We shipped the incorrect item, or

  • The item arrived damaged and the claim is approved

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the credit.

Shipping & Carrier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Tall Diva Empire is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related errors.

That said, we are happy to assist you with filing a claim directly with the carrier if needed.
