  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Orders

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Tall Diva Empire is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we are happy to assist you in tracking your order or filing a claim with the carrier when appropriate.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. While we do not have control over carrier mishandling, we will always do our best to support you.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Tall Diva Empire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

While we are happy to assist you in locating your package, replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders marked as delivered.

For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting insured or signature-required shipping at checkout when available.
